Meet Rumesh Wijetunge, Director (Founder)
Rumesh has over 17 years of extensive industry experience, including coaching, training and mentoring leaders and teams in a variety of sectors including government, education, airline, telecommunications, healthcare and insurance, banking and financial services, product development and hospitality and leisure. He has been successfully leading digital, business, and agile transformations in companies in the US, Europe, and Middle East. Rumesh’s rich hands-on experience with various agile practices and his practical knowledge of frameworks such as Scaled Agile (SAFe), Scrum, Kanban, Lean StartUp as well as business analysis and solution development practices makes him the go-to transformation leader.
