Project Management Professional (PMP) certification preparation training is scheduled to start on the 3rd of August 2024.

Eligibility Criteria

• Four-year degree
• 36 months leading projects
• 35 hours of project management education/training or CAPM® certification

or

• A high school diploma or an associate’s degree (or global equivalent)
• 60 months leading projects
• 35 hours of project management education/training or CAPM® certification

Content Outline (Aligned to PMBOK V7 and latest Exam Content Outline (ECO) of PMI):

• Lesson 1 – Business Environment
• Lesson 2 – Start the Project
• Lesson 3 – Plan the Project
• Lesson 4 – Lead the Project Team
• Lesson 5 – Support the Project Team Performance
• Lesson 6 – Close the Project Phase
